Since getting broadband, we're doing a lot video downloads, mostly TV programmes, documentaries and movies - it's fantastic! And we can watch them when it suits us. I also love the ability to do research quickly. Jobs, holidays, health, schooling... with broadband you have the answers in seconds.

We live in an isolated area, but now we feel connected to the world.
Now we have the best of both worlds. We love the tranquility of our secluded home in Northland, but it's important to us to still feel connected to the world and family overseas. Now we've got it, we can't live without it
We were a little slow to get broadband. We thought the cost was an issue. Not now. We can do so much more with our time online and download so many more pages (especially TradeMe). It's even helped us get a home business going. Best of all I can indulge in my passion - tropical fish! I download videos of them swimming, then buy them online.

If you're into sport, how can you not vote for broadband!
I've been following the Cricket World Cup, the Warriors and the America's Cup online - and I'm just getting into downloading audio reports by the world's best commentators. There is so much more in-depth, high quality sports material online it's incredible. Dial up used to drive me batty, but I just didn't realize how amazing broadband was going to be. Wish I'd got it sooner!
