Voice Roaming

Roaming is available in over 215 destinations for voice and 90 for data, so you can work, or play, almost anywhere in the world.

You just need to call our Customer Care team on 0508 888 800 at least 7 days before you leave to have roaming set up*. Once roaming is activated, your phone will automatically pick up a compatible network as soon as you get off the plane, so you can make and receive calls and texts.

Roaming Tips

• Check the pricing for the countries you are going to
• Make sure you know your voicemail PIN number for when you call back to check voicemail
• Read your phone manual so you know how to change networks on your phone
• Make sure you save your numbers in international format e.g. 64291234567
