Important note about WAP and Android phones:
Using this tool to set up WAP on an Android phone can cause issues with web browsing, email and other applications on your phone that use the internet. It’s recommended that you only set up MMS and Internet.iPhone and IPad
Mobile devices running Apple iOS such as the iPhone and iPad are not capable of receiving data settings as a text message, so will need to be configured manually. For a step by step instruction, please click here.

What data plan would suit me?
TelstraClear has a range of mobile data plans available to accommodate a variety of usage requirements. As to which of our plans is best for you really depends on how you use your data. Take a look at the following information as a guide:| Daily Activity | Possible Monthly Allowance Required* |

Why can't I find my phone in the list?
Your phone may have been designed and manufactured exclusively for a specific service provider. This is more common for phones bought outside of New Zealand. You may need to consult your manual or the manufacturer's website for instructions to manually enter the TelstraClear settings.
Why are some set up options missing from the list for my phone?
Your phone may not be capable of all of the functions that this tool can set up. Check your manual or the manufacturer’s website for more information. If you locate the set up instructions for that function, refer to the TelstraClear settings page for the manual settings.
I've used the tool but I still can't get my phone to work. What can I do?
If your phone was supplied by TelstraClear, contact our support teams on either 0508 888 800 for residential or 0508 555 500 for business. If you purchased your phone from somewhere else, consult your manual or the manufacturer's website for instructions to manually enter the TelstraClear settings.
