Am I set up for roaming?
No - Residential customers will need to call Customer Care at least 7 days before departure to have roaming set up on their account (subject to credit criteria).
Who do I call if I have trouble while roaming when I’m overseas?

Do I need a 3G handset to roam?
Only for Japan and Korea who both only use 3G networks. For all other countries, a 2G GSM and/or 3G handset will be fine for roaming.
Am I charged the same way for roaming calls as my normal plan?
No. Roaming calls are charged at full minutes, rather than minute plus second. So a call for 1min & 26seconds will be charged as a 2 minute call. For the prices that each operator charges in the country you are planning to visit, please click here.
