Pricing

Each month you will receive a set number of minutes you can use to make international calls, anytime of the day or night, for a fixed charge.  As well as big savings, you have the certainty of knowing exactly what you are going to pay each month – provided you don't go over your available minutes.

TelstraClear makes it easy to monitor your available Yak Pak minutes with an automated, up to date balance available over the phone - 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. For more information on checking your Yak Pak balance over the phone, click here.

With the International Yak Pak® 100 you can chat for up to 3 hours per call to family or friends in any of our 28 destinations around the world (listed below) up to a total of 100 hours.

International Yak Pak® 100 Terms and Conditions

• All included international destinations have calls capped at 3 hours. It is the responsibility of the customer to manage the three-hour cap. TelstraClear reserves the right to charge for each minute used in excess of the three-hour call cap. All calls are rounded to the nearest minute.
• Customers cannot have more than one International YakPak® 100 per month.
• The International Yak Pak 100 is only available to residential customers, and applies to calls from a New Zealand landline to landlines in stated destinations.
• The International Yak Pak 100 excludes three party, phone divert, operator assisted, Card calls and calls to special numbers (e.g. 018, 0900). Not available with international component of Talk24/7 plan.
• Unused minutes at the end of each month cannot be carried forward or redeemed.
• The full monthly charge is payable if an International Yak Pak® 100 is cancelled part way through a billing month.
• Any calls not covered by the International Yak Pak® 100 are charged according to the customer's pricing plan.
