Full Toll Bar
Full Toll Bar is a service that prevents all chargeable calls from being made from your home phone, including chargeable calls through alternative service providers.


How does it work?

Full Toll Bars are set up in the exchange, which means that you must request us to both put the bar on and remove it.
Note: it is not possible to block calls to 0900 Televote numbers (0900 20XXX). These are Government-authorised voting numbers.

How much does it cost?

Installing Full Toll Bar will incur a one-off installation fee of $45. There are no ongoing charges associated with having a Full Toll Bar.

Things you should know

Full Toll Bar does not stop collect or transfer charge calls, and you cannot have Full Toll Bar and Toll Call Control on the same line. In addition, if you are making a Three Party Call, the outgoing calls cannot be toll calls, and when using Phone Divert, the number to which you divert a call cannot be a toll call. Customers can have only one type of toll bar and/or Toll Call Control.

TelstraClear requires 30 days notice of cancellation of PhoneLine Features. This means the usual charges will continue to apply for 30 days after the date you cancel your service, even if it is disconnected within that period.
