
PhoneLine Basic is not available in all areas or in TelstraClear cabled areas. TelstraClear reserves the right not to provide PhoneLine to customers who do not currently have a home line rental with either TelstraClear or another provider.
If you have chosen to transfer your line(s) to TelstraClear, from another service provider, you are also authorising us to transfer all associated services - that can be transferred to TelstraClear - to TelstraClear, including your direct dial calling. If you move your calling to another provider, we may charge you an additional $5.11 per month for line rental.
TelstraClear’s PhoneLine Basic includes free local calling and a White Pages listing. No other discounts apply.
PhoneLine Basic pricing may vary in different geographical locations.
To get PhoneLine Basic you must also purchase and maintain at least one YakPak or PDQ Broadband with TelstraClear. To get PhoneLine Basic with Big Back Yard you must purchase and maintain PDQ Broadband with TelstraClear.
The full monthly charge is payable if PhoneLine Basic is cancelled part way through a billing month.
Installation and/or connection charges may apply to PhoneLine and additional connections.

Wiring maintenance is an optional service. If you are a new PhoneLine Basic customer, TelstraClear will provide you with this service unless you inform us otherwise. You need to have had this service for 30 days before your fault is covered.
TelstraClear requires 30 days notice of cancellation of PhoneLine Basic features. This means the fixed monthly charges will continue to apply for 30 days after the day you cancel your services, even if it is disconnected within that period.
