If you are on the phone, busy or out and about, callers can leave you a voice message in your Message Mailbox. Easy
Message Mailbox enables you to link your home phone to a central voice mailbox. You can listen to your messages at any time, from almost any touch-tone phone in New Zealand.
If you’re not at home, you can also keep track of your home phone messages with Message Alerts. A text message is sent to your text capable Telecom mobile as soon as a message is left in your Message Mailbox.
A service that works really well alongside Message Mailbox to manage your incoming calls is Call Queue. When you're on the phone, Call Queue notifies you of an incoming call. You can either answer the call or let Message Mailbox take a message for you.
Standard mobile call charges apply if you access your Message Mailbox from your mobile phone.
TelstraClear requires 30 days notice of cancellation of PhoneLine features. This means the usual charges will continue to apply for 30 days after the date you cancel your service, even if it is disconnected within that period.
