
What is TelstraClear HomePlan Broadband Support?
It is an application offered by TelstraClear to all HomePlan Broadband customers.
HomePlan Broadband Support is not compatible with Apple Mac computers or those using Windows Vista.
Once installed on your computer, it will assist you in identifying and fixing common problems with your internet connection, internet browsing and email - should they arise.
Benefits of HomePlan Broadband Support:
- You will be advised by the support software of a problem e.g. disconnection of your broadband service
- The software will then either solve the problem or provide you with simple steps to follow (depending on the complexity of the problem)
- Should you need to contact us about your problem, the support software will provide you with a reference number and contact phone number. This will provide our helpdesk staff with details of your problem prior to calling us, saving you time in getting the problem resolved.
How can I get it?
- Right-click here and click on Save Target As or Save Link As from the list of options that appears.
- From the Save As window; select Desktop in the Save In box.
- Click on the Save button on the bottom right.
- Once your download has finished go to your desktop screen and click on the TelstraClear-Installer.exe icon to start your installation.
