OCR Monthly Statement:
This provides a web-based view of the first two summary pages of your invoice.
OCR Monthly Standard:
This enhanced bill reporting and analysis application is excellent value for money for businesses needing to run basic call reporting. It allows you to view your monthly account activity in greater detail with easy-to-use reports and graphs. Analyse your call volumes, view current and past bills and greatly improve visibility and management of all your TelstraClear Services.
OCR Standard contains seven Summary, and five Detail reports packaged and waiting for you. Only one login is available.
OCR Monthly Intermediate:
The Intermediate package is a step up from our Standard package. Best suited to customers who require more in depth reporting, and the ability to refine reporting to suit their business. Utilise standard packaged reports, or create your own customised reports to focus on areas of interest. Export a CSV or PDF version of your report and email to others within your organisation for review and approval.
OCR Intermediate contains 15 Summary, 7 Detail reports packaged, advanced filtering and allows you to create unlimited custom reports.
OCR Monthly Advanced:
A must for businesses with multi-level hierarchies, multiple sites and detailed cost centre reporting (i.e.. banks, hospitals, governments departments, with multiple locations, branches or departments). This product is a powerful and customisable reporting and analysis tool allowing you to better manage your company’s telecommunications usage based upon your company hierarchy or financial reporting framework.
Customise your reports and break them down by call types, divisions, teams or groups. Order reports to have them run automatically and sent to any email address. You’ll save hours each month and gain valuable insight with customised billing reports that work for your business.
The Advanced version contains 20 Summary, and 10 Detail packaged reports, advanced filtering and allows you to create and order unlimited custom Reports. More than five logins are available.
