About BizGlobal
Once downloaded the mobile application is stored on your mobile phone and does not require mobile data to generate one time passwords.
When Split tunnelling is enabled BizGlobal will forward the internet traffic direct over your internet access rather than via the LAN.

What does my company need in order to use BizGlobal?
To use BizGlobal your company will need a Private IP connection with TelstraClear, a Java capable mobile phone, internet access and a designated BizGlobal Administrator.What is included in the BizGlobal monthly access fee?
The BizGlobal monthly access fee covers the cost of your selected number of users requiring access to BizGlobal. Any Private IP connection, internet access and mobile phone costs are not included in the BizGlobal monthly charge.What is the difference between BizGlobal Standard and Premium?
BizGlobal Standard offers access to Network Connect only. BizGlobal Premium offers access to Network Connect and Web Connect.What is the difference between Network Connect and Web Connect?
Network Connect allows you to use your laptop while out of the office the same way you would when logged in to your corporate network. Once logged in to BizGlobal any applications or file folders you use work directly on your laptop, as they do while connected to the network in the office. However, if you are using another desktop out of the office, you will need to have your work applications or file folders preconfigured on your desktop in order to use them with BizGlobal, e.g. you need to have Microsoft Outlook installed and preconfigured to your work email settings in order to use it for accessing work emails. Web Connect allows you to use both applications and file folders via a web browser. This means you can use the files without having any work applications installed and preconfigured on your computer.Can we have users with both BizGlobal Premium and Standard access on one VPN?
If you have BizGlobal Premium then you can set up users to allow them access to either Network or Web Connect, or both.What operating systems are supported for BizGlobal?

Windows 7 32 bit is supported for BizGlobal, however Windows 7 64 bit is not supported at present. Support for Windows 7 64 bit is expected to be available in mid 2011.Will I incur internet charges when accessing my corporate network via BizGlobal?
Yes the normal internet fees for your internet access will still apply. These will be charged by the supplier of your internet access. There are no specific usage charges associated with BizGlobal.Will I be charged for mobile data usage while the BizGlobal mobile password application is being downloaded?
A minimal amount of mobile data is used while downloading the BizGlobal mobile application. The application is a small file, approximately 100KB so the amount of mobile data used is very small.Once downloaded the mobile application is stored on your mobile phone and does not require mobile data to generate one time passwords.
What version of Java does my mobile phone need in order for the BizGlobal mobile password application to work?
The BizGlobal mobile password application requires mobile phones that are Java capable MIDP 1.0 or MIDP 2.0.What is the difference between Split and Forced tunnelling in the BizGlobal Self Service Administrator Portal?
Split or Forced tunnelling is selected at an end user level in the Administrator portal of BizGlobal and dictates how the internet is accessed by the end user.When Split tunnelling is enabled BizGlobal will forward the internet traffic direct over your internet access rather than via the LAN.
When Forced tunnelling is enabled BizGlobal will force all internet traffic via the LAN connection and will not allow any direct internet access from your PC.
From where can I access BizGlobal?
BizGlobal can be accessed from almost anywhere you can access the internet. The only restriction on this is if the internet access you are using has firewalls built in that will not allow BizGlobal to be accessed, or if the PC you are using does not have administrator rights enabled and will not allow you to download the BizGlobal application.Can I use BizGlobal in an internet café?
In an internet café Web Connect would typically be required in order to avoid any issues with requiring administrator rights on the PC and not having applications configured on the PC.Does BizGlobal support Active Directory integration?

How do I change my BizGlobal PIN number?
When you are logged in to BizGlobal a Change PIN button is available, select this option and change your PIN here.What do I do if I have forgotten my BizGlobal PIN number?
Your BizGlobal Administrator is able to reset your PIN number for you.For how long is the one time password valid after being generated?
Each time you generate a one time password it remains valid for 180 seconds. If you have not logged in within this period you will need to generate a new one time password in order to log in.What happens if my company has Host Checker enabled and I don’t have supported anti-malware protection active on my PC?
Should the Host Checker be enabled and find you do not have a supported version of anti-malware software, or that a scan has not been run within the period required, BizGlobal will not allow you to log in. Should this happen you will need to update the anti-malware software on your PC or run a scan on your PC and then try to log in to BizGlobal again.How often do I need to run an antivirus scan on my PC for Host Checker to accept my access?
If the antivirus option is enabled in Host Checker a virus scan must be completed at least once every ten days in order for you to be allowed to log in to BizGlobal.What is the purpose of the Synchronise option in the BizGlobal Mobile Application?
The BizGlobal Mobile Application uses time as a factor in generating your one-time password. Therefore, your mobile phone must be set to the correct local time. When roaming overseas, most mobile phones do synchronise to the correct local time automatically. If your mobile phone does not synchronise automatically, you can use the Synchronise button in the BizGlobal Mobile Application to do this.Support
How do I add more users if I have used our full allowance of registered users?
Requests like this can only be submitted by your BizGlobal Administrator. Should you have reached your maximum number of registered BizGlobal users your BizGlobal Administrator can have further users added by requesting an additional band of users. This request should be sent to your TelstraClear Account Manager and detail your BizGlobal name and account number and the total number of users required including existing users.Who do I contact if I have trouble using BizGlobal?
You should contact your BizGlobal Administrator who can then contact your TelstraClear Account Manager with any queries. All queries to TelstraClear must come directly from your BizGlobal Administrator.Where can I find a list of supported anti-malware software?
