Checking your Minute or Text Bundle Balances
If your mobile plan includes a bundle of texts or minutes each month, you can now check how many of these you have used at any stage during the month.
Simply call our new balances service on 0508 55 55 88 and follow the instructions.
Add this number to your contacts in your phone so you can call this any time you want to check your balance.
Frequently Asked Questions
Can I check my balance from a landline or from another mobile phone?
No. The system needs to register your mobile number during the call to provide the correct account information, so you need to call from your mobile phone to get your balances.
How up to date is the information?
When you call, you will be advised of the date and time that the information is accurate at. Please note that this will be 24 to 48 hours behind, so won’t include your most recent usage.
If I use up my whole bundle of texts or minutes, will it tell me how much extra I’ve used?
No. You’ll be advised that you’ve used up your monthly minute/text pack, but won’t be able to hear how many minutes or texts you have used over and above your plan bundle.
I also have a data plan, how do I find out how much data I’ve used?
Usage information about your data plan can be retrieved from the Mobile Data Usage Meter accessed via the Customer Zone section of this website here.
If I'm still on the CDMA mobile service, will I be able to hear my balances?
Yes. Balance information is available for CDMA customers as well.
